Buy immediately, or add a person and occasion to your free gift calendar. Planned gifts remain editable until their dispatch cut-off.
When am I charged?
Immediate purchases are charged at checkout. Eligible planned gifts can be reserved for £0 and charged when ready to dispatch.
Who fulfils each gift?
The product page identifies the supplier, coverage and delivery information. Only approved active catalogue products can be purchased.
Can I change a planned gift?
Yes, until the supplier’s stated dispatch cut-off.
Where do you deliver?
Coverage varies by product. Some gifts are UK-wide and some florist products cover selected London postcodes.
How does the welcome offer work?
The 10% offer will activate only after final eligibility, expiry and exclusion terms have been published.
